He is an active trainer for last 20 years. He conducts workshops on Management, Leadership, Efficiency, Productivity etc.

He also conducts Workshops for students and faculties of Engineering colleges for value addition and motivation. His Parenting workshop is well-known and he has trained more than 2 lac people through his various programs, having mastery on more than 40 topics.
